Wash Analytics Report

You can find the Wash Analytics option on the left sidebar menu, under the Reports section.

Date Range

Once the Wash Analytics report is open, the first thing you must select is the Date Range. The dropdown menu will show predetermined options and you can also set a customized one. Click on the “Run” button on the right side to generate the report.

Single vs Member Wash

Depending on the date range you selected, the first graph will you show a weekly, monthly, daily or even hourly comparison of the Single Wash sales vs Member Wash sales. On the example above, we have selected a Week to Date date range.

As you can see, the graph is interactive. You can “zoom in” specific data points to see an even more detailed breakdown of the sales.

Car Count

On the right side of the Single vs Member Wash graph you will the Car Count. The stats are divided in 3 sections: POS Car Count, Controller Car Count, and Difference.

Controller Count currently only works with locations that have rTc or Laguna controllers.

This can help you identify if washes are potentially being fired on the controller directly without being charged.

Average Wash Counts by Day

The next graph on the report shows you the amount and percentage of sales per day of the week. This can help you find trends and optimize your marketing campaigns by identifying which days of the week you have more sales vs which days have the lowest.\

Average Hourly Wash Count by Day

This graph breaks down the hourly amount of sales by day. You can also interact with it by checking or unchecking the days of the week below, in case you want to make a more specific comparison. The graph will update the data it shows automatically.

Breakdown by packages

Finally, you can find a detailed breakdown of the wash count by each package that you offer, including the single washes and the membership washes.
