Kiosks and Payment: Pay stations, kiosks, terminal types, POS hardware, and payment devices.
Vehicle ID, Gates, and Site Network: License plate recognition, RFID, gates, cameras, and site networking.
Software and Platforms: POS systems, back-office and CRM platforms, apps, and software modules.
Chemistry and Water Systems: Wash chemistry, chemical application, dispensing equipment, and water treatment.
Business and Membership: Metrics, membership economics, wash formats, site selection, and deal vocabulary.
Operations: Roles, procedures, policies, and maintenance vocabulary.
