Membership LTV
This report shows you the Life Time Value of your members.
Membership LTV
You can find the Membership LTV report under the Reports section of the sidebar menu on the left.
Date Range
The next step is to select a date range. You can select one or several months. Once the date range is determined simply click on the “Run” button on the right side.
Total LTV
The first section of the report shows you the Total Life Time Value of your members on the selected date range. It also details the average per member on the bottom left side.
Average Life
This section shows you the average time your members mantain their membership active. It also details the total of active members during the selected date range.
Average Wash Price
This section shows you how many washes were redeemed by your members during the selected date range. And what the average price is for a member’s wash.
Median Washes
This section shows you the median washes from your members, and below it also details the average of washes from members. So in this example, members redeemed an average of 4.06 washes during the selected date range.
Average and Total Churn
These two sections provide you information about the customers that stopped being members during the selected date range. This can include cancellations done or requested by customers, cancellations due to expired credit cards, cancellations due to failed transactions, etc.
On the Average Churn you can see the monthly average, while the Total Churn gives you the total percentage and amount of cancelled memberships during the selected date range.
Member Retention
This graph shows you the monthly stats of customers that have mantained their memberships active. Hover your mouse around the graph for a breakdown of member amounts, total churns, etc, as shown on the screenshot above.
Members by Total Wash Count
The final graph on this report groups the amount of members you have by their total wash count over the selected date range. Hover your mouse over each column to see the breakdown of washes and members. On the example above we see that there are 6 members in total that have redeemed a number of 3 washes during the selected date range.
