1. Eligibility for the Leaderboard: Single Wash Sales
- Requirement for Single Wash Sales: If an employee does not record any single wash sales within a given week, they will not appear on the Leaderboard. This rule applies even if the employee has successfully completed membership sales during the same period.
2. Discrepancies on the Leaderboard
- Discrepancies in Total Sales Data: Even if an employee is removed from the employee list on the admin application, the Leaderboard will retain their sales records up to the point of their removal. This ensures a complete historical overview of sales performance. Due to record retention, Leaderboard sales figures may differ from “wash analytics” and “sales summary” reports, which reflect current employee rosters, causing data variations.
- Accurate Single Wash Calculation:.To accurately reconcile sales, count single wash sales after subtracting total sales from opportunities. This isolates direct single wash transactions.
3. Specific Exclusions from Leaderboard Sales Counts
- Same-Day Membership Sign-up and Cancellation: If a customer signs up for a membership and subsequently cancels it on the very same day, that specific sale will not be counted towards the employee’s performance on the Sales Leaderboard.
- Membership Reactivations: Similarly, the reactivation of an existing or previously cancelled membership will not count as a new sale on the Sales Leaderboard. The Leaderboard records new customer acquisitions and direct single wash sales, not the re-engagement of prior members.
4. Best Practices for Accurate Sales Attribution
- Employee Login during Member Sign-up: When signing up a new member, it is highly recommended that the employee facilitating the transaction is properly logged in with their unique employee code.
- Default Attribution without Login: Failure to log in with the correct employee code will result in the sale being automatically attributed to whichever employee is currently logged into the system during that specific transaction. This can lead to misattribution and inaccuracies in individual sales performance records.
