You can find the Promotions report under the “Reports” section on the sidebar menu.

Select Date Range

The first step is to set a date range. You can select one of the predetermined options from the dropdown menu or you can customize your own. Click on the “Run” button on the right side to generate the report.

New Customers

The report will show you the list of your promotions. This section shows you the number and percentage of customers that had never been on the Car Wash before until they came by to redeem the promo.

Conversions

This section shows you the number and percentage of customers that bought a single wash or enrolled on a membership after redeeming the promotion.

Revenue

Promo7 Jp

This section shows you all the revenue generated from new customers that redeemed that promotion.
