Process a Rewash
To process a rewash using a pay tablet, first look up the customer by their license plate number. This procedure is applicable for both single-wash customers and members. Rewashes automatically apply a discount as long as the wash is processed within 30 minutes of the first wash. They will discount the wash package only, not any add on services.Once the customer’s profile appears, a prompt will ask, “Is this a rewash?” Select “Rewash Vehicle” after choosing the reason for the rewash.
Monitor Rewashes
To monitor rewashes, navigate to the ‘Suspicious Activity’ section and then select ‘Rewashes’. Use the date filter to view the rewash data organized by reason.
