Sell Gift Cards from Pay Tablets

Gftcrd1 Pn If you have created Gift Cards, you will find a section on the list of options under “Washes”. Select a Gift Card.

Enter manually or scan Gift Card

Gftcrd2 Pn A new window will appear from which you have two options to proceed:

Scan Gift Card: tap on that option if you have a physical Gift Card, and then scan the barcode. Enter Gift Card manually: type in the gift card manually, and then tap on the “Search” button to proceed.

Enter Gift Card Amount

Gftcrd3 Pn A new window will appear for you to enter the Gift Card amount. Press the “Confirm” button to proceed.

Finalize the sale

Gftcrd4 Pn The Gift Card will now appear on the Order Summary. Finalize the sale by selecting a payment below.

Redeem Gift Cards from Pay Tablets

Rdmgftcrd1 Pn After a Wash Package has been selected, you can select “Gift Card” as a payment method.

Scan Gift Card or Enter Manually

Rdmgftcrd2 Pn A new window will appear for you to Scan the customer’s Gift Card, or to enter the Gift Card’s code manually. Tap on the “Search” button if you enter it manually.

Payable Amount

Rdmgftc3 Pn The next window will show you the Payable Amount. If you tap on the “Autofill” button that exact amount will be deducted from the Gift Card. You can also enter a different amount manually on the field below. Tap on “Confirm” to proceed.

Pay with Gift Card

Rdmgftcrd4 Pn The order Summary will now show the option to finalize the purchase with the Gift Card.

Add a Gift Card without creating an order

If you need to give out a Gift Card without having to create an order and not affect your revenue reports, you can simply go to a customer’s account and follow these steps: Screenshot2025 06 14102107 Pn Click on the “Prepaid” tab and then click on the “Create Gift Card” button. Screenshot2025 06 14074030 Pn A new window will pop up where you must enter the barcode number that appears on the actual physical Gift Card you are giving out. The balance or credit amount you are including on the card. And, finally, don’t forget to set the status as “Active” for the card to be redeemable.
