Add a Gift Card without creating an order
If you need to give out a Gift Card without having to create an order and not affect your revenue reports, you can simply go to a customer’s account and follow these steps:
Click on the “Prepaid” tab and then click on the “Create Gift Card” button.
A new window will pop up where you must enter the barcode number that appears on the actual physical Gift Card you are giving out. The balance or credit amount you are including on the card. And, finally, don’t forget to set the status as “Active” for the card to be redeemable.
