Click on the “Order filter” option and a dropdown menu will pop up with 3 different options. Washes will show you the charges made for single wash purchases. Recharges will show the monthly charges made for memberships. Other will show any other type of purchase, like a store item or a gift card sale, for example.
Once you have selected the filter, click on the charge you want to refund from the list that will appear below.
Depending on the type of refund you need to process, select “Refund order” on the left side for a full refund, or “Partial refund” on the right if you only want to refund a fraction of what was charged.
