This article shows you how to create an admin user for an employee.
Users
In order to grant access to your employees to the Flexwash admin site, you have to create a user first. Different employees might have different levels of access, we will show how to set this up.
The first step is to select the “Users” option located under the “Admin” section on the sidebar menu on the left. Then click on the “Create user” button on the right to start.
Name, Email and Password
The name, email and password are mandatory fields. Enter your employee’s name, valid email and a password that they will use to log in. If they forget the password, there will be a “Forgot password” option available for them to receive a link to their email. Please remember to enter a valid email to avoid any issues.
There is also an optional field there to add a phone number.
Role
Your selection here will determine which level of access the employee with this user will have. An “Admin” role, for example, has access to all reports and stats. A “Manager” role will only have access to reports from the site or location the employee is assigned to.
Primary Car Wash
If your organization has multiple sites, you will see them on this drop down menu. Select the primary site for this employee.
Email Reports
In the last section, you can click the “Add” button if you want this user to receive reports. You can choose the “Report Type”, the “Car Washes” or sites, and the Time of day you want the system to automatically send it. For example, you can set it up for the employee to receive an email first thing in the morning about the Daily Performance of the day before.
