Click on the “Order filter” option and a dropdown menu will pop up with 3 different options. Washes will show you the charges made for single wash purchases. Recharges will show the monthly charges made for memberships. Other will show any other type of purchase, like a store item or a gift card sale, for example.Once you have selected the filter, click on the charge you want to refund from the list that will appear below.
Depending on the type of refund you need to process, select Refund order on the left side for a full refund, or Partial refund on the right if you only want to refund a fraction of what was charged.
A partial refund returns exactly the amount you enter. FlexWash does not refund or
prorate sales tax, so account for it yourself when you decide the amount. The tax
collected is shown as a line item on the order.A partial refund is an amount, not a selection of line items, and some line items are
taxed while others are not, so FlexWash cannot tell what share of the tax to return.
