Prerequisites
- FlexEngage with the email channel. If your organization does not have it, the Email Domain page shows a notice asking you to contact FlexWash.
- Admin access in FlexWash. The page lives under the Admin section of the sidebar.
- Access to your DNS provider. You must be able to add DNS records for the domain, for example at Cloudflare, GoDaddy, or Route 53.

If WIX hosts your domain’s DNS, do not use the Email Domain page. Contact FlexWash support.Add Your Domain

Open the Email Domain page
In the left sidebar under Admin, open Setup and click Email Domain.

Enter the domain and sender details
Fill in the form:

Click Add Domain
FlexWash registers the domain and shows the DNS records it needs.
The Sender Email must match the Domain. If you enter
noreply@other.com for
example.com, the form shows “Must be an address on @example.com.”Install DNS Records
After you add the domain, the page shows it with a Pending badge and a table of DNS records. FlexWash generates SPF and DKIM records that authorize it to send on your behalf. Each row lists the record type, name, value, TTL, priority, and current status.1
Sign in to your DNS provider
Open the DNS settings for the domain where it is registered or hosted.

Add each record exactly as shown
Use the copy buttons next to Name and Value to avoid typos. Add every record in the table. Leave your existing records in place.
Verify the Domain
Click Verify. FlexWash checks the DNS records and reports one of two results:- Domain verified. The badge changes to Verified and the page confirms the domain can send email.
- Verification triggered. The records have not propagated yet and the domain stays Pending. DNS changes can take up to a few hours to propagate. Check back later and click Verify again.
