Frequent Customers

You can find the Frequent Customers report under the Flex Assist section located on the left sidebar menu. Make sure you select a date range and then click on the “Run” button to generate the report.

License Plate / Count

The report will breakdown the info into the License Plates of the most washed vehicles during the selected date range and the Count showing the amount of times.

Breakdown

To get the breakdown per customer individually, click on the arrow on the left side of the License Plate number. You will see then the amount of times the customer went through after his plate was detected by the LPR automatically, and the amount of times an actual employee scanned the plate and passed them through.
