The FlexWash MCP server connects AI assistants to your FlexWash reports. Ask “Which site lost the most members last month?” and the assistant runs the right FlexWash reports, reads the results, and explains what it found. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants use outside tools and data. FlexWash supports it, so you can use the AI assistant you already have.

What You Can Ask

The MCP server gives the assistant the same reports you use in FlexWash, including:
  • Memberships: new memberships, churn, reactivations, frozen and prepaid members, lifetime value
  • Sales and revenue: wash counts, revenue trends, payment breakdowns, refunds, discounts, promotions
  • Upsells and downsells: conversion and the customers behind them
  • Employees: sales performance, labor costs, leaderboards
  • Operations: license plate recognition (LPR) read rates, controller car counts, cash deposits, site logs
  • Suspicious activity: no-charge washes, manual gate opens, skip-queue washes, plate changes
  • Customers: customer details, order history, gift cards, wash books

Security

  • Read-only. The assistant can run reports. It cannot change memberships, customers, prices, or any other data.
  • Your password stays with FlexWash. You sign in on the FlexWash sign-in page. The AI assistant never sees your password.
  • Same access as FlexWash. The assistant sees only the car washes and data your FlexWash account can see.
  • Revocable. Disconnect the assistant at any time. Removing or downgrading a FlexWash user ends their access.
The AI assistant processes the report results you ask about under your provider’s terms, for example your Anthropic account for Claude. Review your plan’s data settings before connecting.
