Edit Vehicle

Frzmmbrshp1 Open the customer’s account and scroll down to the Vehicles section. Click on the edit button.
If the edit vehicle option does not appear for you, please contact your organization’s administrators and request the necessary user permissions.

Membership Status

Frznmmbrsho2 A new window will pop up. Click on the status and select “Frozen”.

Frozen until

Frznmmbrship3 Set the date that the account will remain frozen until. The customer will not be charged again until that date. Finally, click on Continue. The status of the membership will now look like this: Frznmmbrshp4
