If you need to process a payment manually on an account, the first thing you have to check is the “Valid Until” date on the vehicle’s subscription. You can only charge the credit card on file if the valid until date is past due. Click on the edit vehicle button as shown above.A new window will pop up with the vehicle’s details, including the valid until date. If the date is not past due, you can set one by clicking on the section highlighted above.
A new window will pop up. Verify the License Plate, membership package and pricing. Click on the “Charge Now” button to process the payment on the credit card on file.
