How we integrate
This table shows how we integrate with each controller and what hardware is required. If a controller isn’t listed, we don’t currently integrate with it, and the wash will need to run manually (non-integrated).Legend
- Ethernet: Native IP connection to the controller
- Moxa Serial: Serial-to-Ethernet interface required
- Moxa Relay Box: Relay I/O integration required

Cabling requirements
We can use existing cables if they match our spec. Otherwise, run a new Ethernet cable from our main network switch to the controller unit. Depending on the controller, this may be a computer in an office (DRB TCS1) or a unit in an equipment room (DRB TCS2, ICS, etc.).Auto Queue support
A standalone controller setup requires an attendant to load a car, select retracts on a screen/PBS, and then press Send. To speed up loading, some sites implement Auto Queueing, which means the attendant does not need to press Send. They load and prep cars, and we automatically send the cars; the attendant only adds retracts as needed. Auto Queueing with a belt conveyor is based on when the car crosses the photo eyes. Auto Queueing with a chain over-under conveyor requires separate photo eyes or a tape switch installed by the car wash to trigger a roller-up. This moves a car along the conveyor, and we then auto-queue the wash when it crosses the normal photo eyes.Extra function support
Our controller integrations ONLY send washes and retracts. We currently DO NOT support any extra functions that the controller may be wired into. Those have to be controlled and sent directly via manual buttons/switches or the PBS. Examples include:- Extra Roller
- Roller Up
- Prep Gun Activate
- Door Open
