Troubleshooting Steps

Reboot the terminal

Restart the device and check if the issue resolves.

Perform a battery reset

If the issue persists:
  • Power off the terminal
  • Remove the battery
  • Wait 5 minutes
  • Reinsert the battery
  • Power the device back on
