A well-designed loyalty program keeps customers coming back, and spending more each time they visit. FlexWash Loyalty Points are built directly into your POS and wash menu, allowing you to reward repeat customers without external tools, manual tracking, or operational overhead.

How Loyalty Points Work

Loyalty Points are earned when a customer purchases an eligible wash package or add-on. Points accumulate on the customer profile and can later be redeemed for free items once a defined threshold is reached.

Configuring Loyalty Points

Loyalty Points are configured from the Wash Package and Add-Ons configuration pages. For each eligible item, you define:
  • Points Earned per purchase.
  • Points Required to redeem that wash package or Add-On for free.

Example:

Lyltypnt1
  • A customer earns 10 points for each purchase of the Deluxe wash.
  • The Deluxe wash requires 40 points to redeem.
After four qualifying purchases, this customer becomes eligible for a free Deluxe wash. This is how it will show up on the Pay tablets: Lytpnts2gf

Optional Redemption

Redemption is always optional. Customers can choose to:
  • Redeem points as soon as they qualify.
  • Continue accumulating points to redeem higher-value washes or add-ons later.
This flexibility encourages continued engagement while giving customers control over when and how they redeem rewards.
