To find the Discounts option, go to the “Wash Menu” section in the sidebar menu. After selecting “Discounts,” click on the “Create Discount” button, located on the right side of the screen.
Create Discount
Name
Enter the name of the discount you are creating. This is how it will appear on your Flexwash devices.
Discount Type
Select from 3 options:
Fixed: Requires you to specify a set dollar and cent amount.
Percentage: Requires you to specify a percentage amount.
Variable: Does not require a pre-set amount, allowing the value to be entered directly on you Flexwash devices when the discount is applied to a customer’s purchase.
Roles
Choose the required organizational member access level for applying this discount.
Wash Packages
Select which wash packages qualify to get the discount.
Auto Apply Type
If you want this discount to be applied automatically, choose from 3 options: Customer Registration, Family Plan or Loyalty Points.
Enable
Don’t forget to check the Enabled box to active the discount. If it is disabled the discount will not be visible.
