How It Works

  1. Export your membership list from your existing POS (CSV or XLSX).
  2. Upload the file in the Interim Imports section of FlexWash. file-drop
  3. FlexWash analyzes your data and prompts you to map legacy plans to your new FlexWash packages. plan-mappings
  4. Run the import daily (step 2) while token migration is pending (typically ~30 days).
  5. Your members are recognized correctly at the pay station throughout the entire migration process.
