Skip Queue Washes

You can find the option under the Flex Assist section located on the left sidebar menu. Once you open it, make sure you select a date range and then click on the “Run” button.

Timestamp

The report will indicate the total skip queue washes, and a percentage of skip queue washes/total of washes.

It will also specify the site on the left side (in case your organization has multiple sites), and the timestamp corresponding to each Skip Queue Wash. If you click on the links on the Timestamp column, it will show you a video of the moment the Skip Queue Wash option was selected on the tunnel tablet.
