Create Membership Benefit

To create a new Membership Benefit, select the “Membership Benefits” option located on the sidebar under the “Wash Menu” section. Then click on the “Create Membership Benefit” button located on the right side.

Basics

For each new Membership Benefit, you will have to enter a name, select a Membership and a Benefit Wash Packages. For the last two options, drop down menus will appear when you click on them with your available wash packages.

Benefit Type

There are two options available: Interval and Recurring.

Recurring

In the example above, we are doing a recurring benefit of 100% for an unlimited package. By applying this benefit we ensure that the customer that buys that Unlimited wash package won’t get charged per wash. You can add multiple Recurring benefits, such as a 20% off Detail.

Interval

With the Interval Type, you can set up a benefit for a membership that is available only for the amount that you determine. For example, you can give a Full Service Upgrade to your Basic Wash members once per month. This will help increase the rate of customers that end up upgrading to your premium packages.
