Common Problems

If you see terminal not reachable or audio recording not working when trying to take a payment it can be a couple different things.

Adyen Terminal

Make sure the adyen terminal is turned on and connected to the FlexWash WiFi.

Permissions

Make sure the FlexWash app has the necessary permissions.
  1. Open the settings and select Apps.

  1. Find and select the FlexWash POS app.

  1. Make sure all three permissions are enabled (audio, camera, local device communication).
