# Contact Support from Pay Tablets

To get in touch with our Customer Support team directly from a Pay Tablet, simply tap on the 3 vertical dots located on the upper right corner, and then select the "Contact Support" option.

A new window will appear where you can send a message or ask a question. First, our Flexwash AI will try to provide you answers, but if you need or prefer to talk to one of our agents simply ask for one and we will reply in under 3 minutes.
