# Pre-Sold Wash Bundles

> Collect fleet revenue up front by selling washes in bulk, then let the account redeem them over time.

Pre-sold wash bundles flip the billing model: the account pays for a block of washes in advance, then draws them down visit by visit. You get the cash up front and a simple way to ring them up on site.

## Sell the bundle

Sell wash bundles ahead of time, inside FlexWash or elsewhere, then give the account passes or cards to redeem at the lane.

## Redeem at the lane

Each visit is rung up under a package, typically priced at **\$0**, since the account already paid for the bundle up front. Use [Roles](/configuration/users-and-admin/roles) so only trusted staff can apply the deal, keeping the bundle from being redeemed incorrectly.

## Keep these off your retail metrics

Build the redemption package with the package type **Fleet** (see [Single Wash Package](/configuration/wash-menu/single-wash-package) for package setup). Fleet packages are tracked separately from your retail sales, so they **do not count toward ticket average or conversion rate**. This helps keep them from dragging down your staff and site numbers, which would otherwise look like a wave of low-value or non-converting tickets.

<Note>
  Pre-sold bundle redemptions are simply \$0 (or low-value) package sales. They are
  **not** fleet-tendered washes, so they do **not** appear in the [Fleet Activity
  report](/configuration/fleets/fleet-activity). FlexWash does not automatically
  keep track of over usage.
